Volunteers

Each team MUST provide one (1) volunteer. Click here to volunteer!

Each volunteer is required to work as a Course Marshall or provide track safety, traffic control assistance and cannot participate in the race at any time.

Remember that this event will not happen without Volunteers so; safety and the future of this annual event may depend on it. Pick a person who is authoritative, communicates well with people and hopefully chooses to stay later for the family fun picnic in the park.

The volunteer requirements will involve set up and/or breakdown duties depending the track safety shifts that can be AM or PM. Or all day is recommended with an hour break . The more people on the course the better.

Upon acceptance to register we will send the volunteer duties check list for you to complete. You will not be allowed to race if your volunteer is not accounted for. We have a hired a clean up crew to manage and insure that we leave the Community how we found it!
