Rescheduling of the 2016 Derby: As you are aware, we had to make the difficult decision to postpone this year's derby due to the possibility of inclement weather including thunder and lightning. After trying to coordinate many summer schedules and find a date that could work for everyone involved, we regretfully have decided to cancel the derby this year. It is too difficult to move an entire event that requires the amount of support that Derby Days does. We fully anticipate being back again next year 7/8/17. This has quickly become one of Fircrest's favorite events and we look forward to continuing the tradition for years to come. If you have registered for 2016 and your check was deposited, please expect a full refund in the next 10 days by mail. You can message us directly with any questions, concerns or feedback.
